Each lot, home, and villa in Outlaw Golf Estates includes a full golf membership to Alto Lakes Golf and Country Club.  Featuring 36 holes of golf between the Outlaw Golf Course and the Alto Lakes Golf Course, Alto Lakes Golf and Country Club is one of the finest clubs in the Southwest United States.

Founded in 1968, Alto Lakes Golf and Country Club has more than 2,000 members.  With the primary clubhouse located at the Alto Lakes Golf Course and a secondary clubhouse at the Outlaw Golf Course, Alto Lakes Golf and Country Club offers multiple dining options, each with beautiful views of Sierra Blanca and the Capitan Mountains.  Whether fine dining or casual fare, the terrific food and gracious service of Alto Lakes Golf and Country Club are sure to please.

Tennis courts are available at the Alto Lakes Clubhouse while tennis courts and pickleball courts provide additional outdoor activities for every age at the Outlaw Clubhouse.  There are numerous leagues with plenty of options for the social or competitive player.  Golf, racquet sports combine with well-appointed fitness facilities and allow members to compensate for the terrific food provided by Alto Lakes Golf & Country Club.

Golf at Alto Lakes Golf & Country Club

With PGA teaching pros at both Golf Courses, everyone can be sure to improve their game.  Numerous leagues and tournaments provide multiple options for the social outing, a casual day of golf where the play and the views compete with one another, or competitive tournaments and league play.

 

Alto Lakes Golf Course

The 18-hole “Alto Lakes” course at the Alto Lakes Golf & Country Club facility in Alto, New Mexico features 6,480 yards of golf from the longest tees for a par of 71 . The course rating is 69.6 and it has a slope rating of 128 on Blue grass.  Designed by Milton Coggins, ASGCA/Pete Dye, ASGCA/Robert Trent Jones, ASGCA, the Alto Lakes golf course opened in 1968.

 

Outlaw Golf Course

The 18holeOutlawGolf Course at the Alto Lakes Golf & Country Club features 6853 yards of golf from the longest tees for a par of 72.  A true “mountain” course, the Outlaw Golf Course features breathtaking holes with the occasional need for a break to allow a right-of-way for deer, elk, turkeys, and bear.  The course rating is 74.3 with a slope rating of 126 from back tee.  Designed by John Fay, the Outlaw Golf Course opened in 2008. 

 

Dining

The Alto Lakes Clubhouse features large dining facilities with the option of the formal dining room or more casual options in the recently remodeled bar and grill area.  With frequent and extensive specials every week, the Alto Lakes Clubhouse provides a welcome option for dining or a casual drink with friends.

The Outlaw Clubhouse features a more limited menu and hours but has become a favorite for members with its casual atmosphere, incredible views, and their incredibleSunday pizza specials!

 

Racquet Sports

For traditional racquet sports aficionados, there are 4 tennis courts located at the Alto Lakes clubhouse and one court located at the Outlaw clubhouse.  The overwhelming appeal of pickleball has converted many tennis players and has become a social event enjoyed by everyone.  The 3 pickleball courts at the Outlaw are a busy place with players enjoying the outdoor patio at the Outlaw clubhouse for a post-match refreshment and opportunity to relive their match.

 

Fitness Facilities

The Alto Lakes clubhouse features extensive fitness and workout facilities which rival many commercial gyms.  With a certified trainer, the fitness facilities provide an additional option for maintain the healthy and enthusiastic lifestyle enjoyed by the members of Alto Lakes Golf and Country Club.
